Spiffy Cleaning Professionals LLC (“Spiffy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Morris County, New Jersey. These Terms of Service govern use of our website, quote forms, booking services, and cleaning services.
1. Services and Quotes
Services may include recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and short-term rental cleaning. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if the property’s condition, size, requested work, or access requirements differ materially from that information.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate service information, safe access to the property, working utilities, and notice of hazards, delicate items, pets, alarms, or special instructions. Customers should secure cash, valuables, medications, confidential documents, and fragile or irreplaceable items before service.
3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Any cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fee will be disclosed in the applicable quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement. We may reschedule service because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Payment
Pricing and payment terms will be stated in the customer’s quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement. Customers authorize us and our payment providers to process approved charges. Past-due balances may affect future scheduling.
5. Service Concerns and Damage
Customers should report service concerns or suspected damage as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and respond. We do not accept responsibility for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, improperly installed items, or damage caused by undisclosed hazards. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under New Jersey law.
6. Website and Booking Use
Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
7. Text Messages and Email
If you consent to receive text messages, Spiffy may send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and related customer-care communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in those messages.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We use service providers such as booking, CRM, communication, and payment platforms only as reasonably necessary to operate the business.
9. No Guarantees
We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service, but results may vary based on property condition, materials, access, and the scope purchased. Any specific service guarantee must be stated in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spiffy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Intellectual Property
The Spiffy name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, and original content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New Jersey unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version becomes effective when posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
